Mclaren spy case

Whatever!, Mclaren doesn't have anyone to blame for all of this!

none of this would've been happening have they never ever spy on Ferrari!

No, because they reached a decision within their powers. They have nothing to do with the law.

At no point did McLaren spy on Ferrari, or did even espionage (industrial spying) take place. McLaren was illegally (both by law and the sporting regulations) supplied with data. This is NOT spying.
