Super Aguri SA08

Hey guys, you think this is the new aguri or just last years with testing livery?

Well the carshape will be with some other modifing since that is last years Honda, they will end up using it, don't know if I would want to though. The livery is just a testing livery like Honda did with the white car.

Its the testing livery on a RA107...which has been used for about the past 3 months.

I'd say it's pretty certain that they are racing an adapted RA107, re-designated SA08. It's the same thing as last year, they raced an adapted RA106, which they re-designated the SA07.

It's passed the crash test. I doubt they'll be racing the SA07, otherwise why have been testing the RA107 during testing.

Doubt we will see the initial race livery until Melbourne, the team has cancelled their launch.

To be fair, Honda and Japan's racing colours are white.

Indeed I would have pointed out the same.

What people need for some variety, is maybe an predominetly French team to have an all blue car, like in the days of Ligier and Prost.

Jaguar to return to have their version of British Racing Green. And Jordan to come back to have B&H Gold or Yellow.

Problem is the teams aren't trying to be different from one another, in general the car colour and livery scheme is dictated by the sponsors, who want it to "look good" on TV. Though obviously it would be rather better if it actually stood out :P

Another point for a white car is that the contrast is best (with dark sponsor decalls). Whatever the light, the car and sponsors are always visible. Only too bad that you can't recognize the white cars themselves between their white collegues
