**Breaking news** Michael Schumacher returns!!

OK, calm down a bit. Didn't think he was going racing, did you?

According to the Beeb, Schumacher's going to test a Ferrari at next week's Barcelona tests, and has no plans to return to racing F1.

Of course, most of us know he drove the F12007 last week or something in one of those Ferrari days they do.



Michael Schumacher will come out of retirement to test a Ferrari Formula One car in Barcelona next week.

But the seven-time champion's spokeswoman insisted that Schumacher had no plans to return to the sport.

Ferrari want to tap into the 38-year-old's experience of F1 cars without electronic driver aids ahead of the ban on such systems for next year.

"It's probably a one-off. Michael does not intend at all to go back to F1," his spokeswoman told BBC Sport.

"He's testing just as part of his contract, which is to help Ferrari in whichever area he can. "

It will be nice too see MS back in F1 car and it will be interesting how much slower will he be in comparison to current F1 drivers, maybe he'll be even faster.

Another very interesting news about him:
MS was yesterday riding MotoGP Ducati around Valencia circuit and he was only 5 seconds slower than Stoner and Pedrosa during the race on Sunday!

If he really is slow (which is very likely, as they might let him drive without traction control nor other electrical aids, because that's were test is for), ferrari will either hammer on the fact he didn't drive with driver aids or just don't release his laptimes.

of course he will drive without electonic aids ...he will test 2008 regulations that is why Ferrari need him....because Massa has never driven F1 car without TC .

Kimi has never tested in november anyway so no big deal .according to finnish media new 2008 Ferrari will be ready before christmas and then Kimi will also test.

@Sapo: It will be public test so laptimes will be told. He have driven more without driver aids than any other of current drivers, so it will be more like all others will look slow compared to him.

Mate, you should not say those things...now he'll bitch and moan about it for 3 hours straight. You don't want to talk well about Schumacher or Rubens near him, or he'll start saying they are crap.

Highly unlikely,... by the way, he will make (official) test for Ferrari.
What then, he can then com to McLaren and give him useful infos and bring another 0,6 sec (by Alonso, he he),... No, that is not going to happen.
