Rats. I would have loved to have seen Alonso do another year in the McLaren. Other than Ferrari it's the best car. unless Alonso's management feel the team may cop more penalties after the F.I.A. inspections???

Hmmmm... if Ribens gets sacked by Honda, maybie Alonso would replace him, although i seriously doubt that, i think that major reshuffle is about to occur. My guess would be DC to Macca, Piquet to Williams or Renault, Webber to Renault, Alonso to RedBull or sabatilac or even retirement, Fissi retirement, RSC to Champ cars, Sutil to Toyota, Bruno Senna to Resbul,

Alonso will go to Williams as I said on another topic he will not be allowed to go to a top team, only a private team.

BS. If they released him from contract they cannot dictate wher he's heading. As far as they are concerned he can move to Newcastle

if alonso will go to williams rosberg will go to mclaren, will he go to renault then kovalainen will go to mclaren, will he move to red bull then webber will move to mclaren, i dont realy so other teams having alonso atm.

The most sensible suggestions i've heard so far Iceman-Kimi - Clean cut straight swaps....

IMHO it'll be one of those 3 situations....

tbh I think Mclaren will be happy too, I mean with the fine they have to pay they also no longer have to accomodate a 2 wdc salary.

I can only see him go to Williams or Renault. If he goes to Williams, Rosberg will go to McLaren. If he goes to Renault, Fissi is out and Alonso will drive alongside Kovalainen. I don't think Briatore will let him leave that easily...
