Fortunately i remember Keke driving and he was one of the ballsiest drivers i ever saw, much like Gilles but a bit calmer behind the wheel. He didn't suit the turbo era with it's strict fuel limits as he was a charger and loved to go flat out all the time. One race to watch Keke at his flat out best was the South African GP of 1985. He was never the all rounder that the best drivers of that era such as Senna, Prost, Lauda and Piquet but was uncatchable on his day.
Mika was, for me, up there with Schumi in terms of driving talent but not in terms of mental stregnth and motivation. It also took him too long to get a fully competetive car and even when he did Mclaren's reliability was an issue. How many races did Mika retire from in the lead? Plus his near fatal accident must have affected him, he never took as many risks after that crash.
Kimi is the fastest man in F1 since Senna imo. He has such raw talent that cannot be denied and he has given us some of the best charges from the back that i have seen. He is a worthy Champion, he should have won one already imo. He does lack discipline however and his technical imput is not of the best drivers and i do wonder how long his motivation will hold up but for now he is to me, the top driver in F1.
