ATTENTION ( google translation)
Interlagos remains in the calendar up to 2014
Warm Up
16/09/2007 - 14:10

According to “folha de S.Paulo”, Interlagos continues in the F-1 at least up to 2014. The agreement between the FOM, presided over for Bernie Ecclestone, and the City hall of São Paulo, was closed in the last Wednesday in London. The signature of the contract will be made in the eve of the GP of Brazil of this year, more necessarily in 20 of October.

The current agreement dies in 2009, that is, it is about plus a bond five year. The automobile race track Jose Carlos Pace uninterruptedly receives the category since 1990, when it took off of Jacarepaguá the priority to host the Brazilian GP.

I like Belgium before Italy. Its equal than other years like 1998 or 99.

What are the races that will run in night?

But Spa before Monza is better.

This calendar is pretty good. As far as I recall only Singapore will be at night though. I just hope it doesn't air at 5AM or something ridiculous like that around here. The Chinese GP is already enough for that.

Aye. Something to look forward to, in a way. Interesting to see Turkey so early on.

Not really. It's still light... just artificial. It won't work in F1. It's just an excuse to get to newer areas (read: tap more money) while keeping the large European audience happy. The racing won't be any different at all.

I thought it was Australia who refused.
