Fair enough for thinking that based on my name. But first and formost for the team. I couldn't care who comes or goes Hill, Schumacher,Fisichella or Albers but Albers has outperformed all team mates he has had in F1 and so this season it has still been quite close although Sutil does have the upperhand at the end of the Silverstone race.

Sutil was fastest in practise at Monaco when Albers was poncing around in midfield with the same car. Simply no excuse..

At Monaco in the wet during practice how is that a judge of how good a driver is??? Next you'll be saying Sutil is better because he has better one lap pace during quali and the fact he likes to bin the car on the first lap doesn't matter.

HOW DARE YOU! Say what you will about Albers driving, but his helmet rocks!

Spotty and tacky? My good man this helmet is clearly a work of art.....;)

Winkelhock gets the seat, even though it only is for one race:

Yes

since when has one quick lap round Monaco in the wet when no-one else was out doing low fuel banzai laps been a judge of driver skill??

Albers may have outperformed Monteiro in some races last years, but Monteiro's best place was a 9th place and Albers' was 10th place, so Monteiro finished the season ahead of Albers, so Albers hasn't outperformed all of his team mates

One better finish doesn't mean outperforming. If I follow your way of thinking: even if Albers outperformed Monteiro every race, but Monteiro got 9th once, even then it would mean he would have outperformed Albers, according to you. Not really logical is it?

No, to my point of view, between team mates, who finishes first in the championship, is the better driver... Monteiro did that so to me, he is better

Which is a silly way of judging.

Which is the whole point of the championship, Nick. Whoever is highest in the standings in the end is the best driver.

If they ever change it to the driver with the most wins, then we'll see who the best is. Everyone gunning for victory every round, not giving up after stop 2, and pushing it to the max.

Then they would also have to get rid of long life stuff to ensure that drivers don't retire whilst gunning for the victory...No chance. The moment they do that, the world will rejoice...and they don't want that.

@midland

two things, he didnt crash unlike alot of others inc his team-mate, and yes alot of drivers were on track at the same point.

also he qualified ahead of a toyota and a super aguri.

I didn't say most drivers were out on track I said they weren't doing low fuel banzai runs. So how does that one quic lap during a wet Monaco practice session show good a driver is? It shows he might do very well during one maybe two wet races a year

Due to the voting system in Germany, Governments are always made up of coalitions of different parties. At the last election, an almost unprecidented result saw the CDU/CSU (rough equivilant of the Conservatives) go into Government with the SPD (rough equivilant of Labour)

Idid anyway! ;) i voted for u in the gpg elections :)

spyker. monaco is the toughest track. a wet track is the toughest challenge.

put the two together and you get one hell of a tough combo! if he can lap as quick as he did he is special.

and others were on low fuel too.
