just what i was gonna say Loque, when women like Danica stick to driving and not taking their clothes off to promote themselves, maybe the world would take them more seriously.

Only 12 starts though, she DNQ'd at the other 5. She even scored a half point in Spain in 1975 (the race when 4 people died following Stommelen/Pace's crash)

I think it even more likely in our age of knee-jerk "equal opportunities" that a woman will land an F1 seat than in previous years. There was an interesting article in Autosport's WSR season preview last week, the female driver in there (can't remember her name now - Pippa something) said that being a woman opens doors, because of the publicity involved. The wrong reasons to get into F1, yes, but no doubt it'll be an attractive asset for a team to have the media constantly following her progress.
