Forgot to write about Massa and Kubica. Both drivers made exceptional races until their problems hit. Kubica was up to 5th at one point...to bad he and the team decided for a dry tyre approach so early...he could've easily gotten 4th place there. Massa on the other hand, assumed a bad spot when overtaking Coulthard there...he should've focused on getting the best traction possible there and passing Coulthard on the straight...

"Massa on the other hand, assumed a bad spot when overtaking Coulthard there"

Yes, he should have remembered Imola 2005.

I can't really see what Massa did wrong. DC just turned in and whacked him. There was lots of room both for more braking and delaying the turn-in, so there really is no excuse.

It's only after we've lost everything, that we are free to do anything.

About not watching it live? Yes
About it being boring? Yes, like most GP's this year.
About me switching off the tv? Yes cos i spent all morning avoiding the internet so it wouldnt spoil the repeat just to find fisi throwing away the lead, renault mechanics throwing away Alonso's chance of a win.
I only turned the TV back on after when i read about Sato's skill.

i am severely pissed off. i worked last night till 3am in the social club, so couldn't get up to watch the race live. so got up today and settled down to watch the re-run, and got a phone call saying i need to work again cos anothe rmember of staff went to hospital with an eye problem. so just saw some of the pre-race bits then had to work. managed to watch the last 10 laps during a break but that was it. so will watch the highlights show tonight.

anyone know if the whole thing in being re-played in the early hours of tuesday or wednesday night?

as far as i saw, Alonso was robbed by the wheelnut problem, but MS coped with the drying conditions well on his inters till the switch to dry tyres when Alonso started catching him again.

and for the Massa/DC incident, i think it was 50/50, but possibly more of Massa's fault cos he looked like he was going straight on when DC turned in.

and bad tactics by the dirty cheating b@stards at Honda, getting their B-team to hold Nick up so the A-team can double team him. they should all be thrown out!

Lol you really think they did that?

The accident was Nicks fault.

God knows why he didnt initially follow Button threw instead of hesitating in which direction he will go, this confused Sato and RB.

Asfor the lap before Nick went off.. Sato wasnt supposed to just wait for him.. and the FIA havent said anything about flags.

Bzzz.

Wrong answer.

The stewards DQ Sato's sorry ass.

And poor Twoobens was so confused that he forgot where the brake pedal was?

So does that equate to Honda cheating like Muks claimed... which i was replying to soo... wtf you on about?

And to be specific.. please tell me the reason they banned Sato, not for missing blue flags which should have been out. So again your saying something that has no relevance to my post. hmmm.

i know, glad you agree it was Nick Fry's fault ;) he was the orchestrator of the shenanigans.

Sato was DQ'ed for blocking/ignoring blue flags, same as Albers, and Sato had already been done for it earlier in the season: [www.itv-f1.com]

So it was Nick Frys (:P) fault that Nick Hied and RB decided to crash into themselves :P

Nicks fault he cant get past an SA with perhaps the best engine against the worst.

Heidfeld did good in the race bar the last few laps. He's just sore JB took his posisition :P

It was just an ironic post. I'm sorry if you dont have sense of humour or doesnt know what is ironic.

[IRONIC MODE ON]
Dont go against me just because Rubens "forgot" where the stupid brake pedal was when he hit Heidfeld. :P
[/IRONIC MODE OFF]

I still cant understand why someone can be a Rubens fan after what he did at Austria 2002, after this race he lost my respect. Forever.

Button had problems in his rear tyres as far as I know, hence the reason why he was dropping back through the race until his first pit stop where he received better tyres

@ Chet, no, he's sore that 3 Honda's f**cked him up, one was the SA of Sato blocking him, the other was JB taking his points, and the third was Noobens failing to apply the brakes properly.

Heidfeld didn't decide to crash with Rubens, i can't see how you can say it was his fault it happened.

and what happened to Nick being blocked in by JB is the same thing that happened to JB at Imola the other year where he got stuck behind the Minardi while MS passed him at the Variante Alta, so how could JB, (using your argument about a better engine than the crappy Minardi), not pass the Minardi?

hmm lol !
well... JB didnt block him in... JB was in front of him on the inside ... nick had a chance to follow went up the outside then changed his mind...

and JB couldnt pass the minardi the same way our 7time time WDC couldnt overtake Alonso that year. :P

Its a tought track to overtake, Shanghai is not...

For me, JB moved inside, to pass both Sato and Nick, and Sato had nowhere to go, so he was stuck in front of Nick, who had a chance to follow JB but changed his mind at the last minute like chet said. And NOOBens forgot where the brake pedal was. I dont know you but Rubens in this season is always making stupid race starts losing positions, except at Hungary where he was following Raikkonen in 2nd and noobed his tyre choice. :)

Sato got rightly DQ'd. He didnt block Nick just at the hairpin, instead he was blocking him all the way from the start of Sector 3, through the banking and all the way down the straight sheesh!

As for the Massa/DC incident I think we'll have to see an onboard from Massa's car to be sure. From the outside it looked like DC turned in on him and shouldve taken a wider line. But I'm not sure if Massa got onto a wet patch and snatched a brake maybe to slide wide into DC's path?
