Concerned fan calls for rule change

Following the lunatic decision and the still ongoing controversy over mass dampers, the following comment was heard, today.
A man watching the big screen tv in his local pub was heard to mutter into his beer, 'If teams using brand X's tyres have the advantage over those using Brand Y, then the FIA should even the field by forcing Brand X users to tape their drivers hands to their shoulders. Brand X tyre users being made to steer with their elbows will make racing more competive for everybody, then. Right? And it's in line with outlawing legal modifications, so shouldn't be a problem, should it?'
Sadly, some white coated, syringe wielding men ran into the pub and repeatedly jabbed the syringes into the man who'd made the comments, until he relaxed. There has been no confirmation to date as to who the mystery white coated strangers were, and at this moment the heretic is still lying in a relaxed position under the table, the questions he posed still unanswered...

Humn, never seen bernie in white, makes a change though !!
