MS and BMW

There is a story in the sun paper (lol) that bmw have offered MS 1 billion to drive for them for 2007 and 2008.

I dont think he would do it but who knows and who knows if its really true

Yeah they would. But there is no way MS would do it and BMW know that themselves too. The man wants to win and he can do that at Ferrari, he won't change his mind because of the money, he already has so much.

I read that in F1 Racing except it wasn't a billion.

The pay was around the 100 million mark, but said that with endorsments he could get upto 1 billion dollars (holds finger to mouth).

Yeah I read it in F1 Racing, I wish they'd stop making comments like that on the front cover just to sell magazines, makes them just like News of the World or The Sun. It'll never happen, and he won't get a billion dollars any time soon in a single season, that's just silly.

His driving career will surely finish at Ferrari.

isnt a billion 100 million in some countries? (instead of 1000 million). the money would be spent better building a decent car. renault did that, and they showed that you dont need ms to win the championship.

@ Adam, yeah billion can be 100 million or 1000 million depending which currency/country we're talking about.

and i hope he doesn't go there, a team with about as much charisma as a wet fish.

Why would they be paying him in mark? Germany has been using Euros for years now, and marks are no longer a valid currency.

he meant the pay was around the 100 million mark, as in around the 100 million figure, like we say it's around the 20,000 mark. mark as in rough area.
