Actually its something to do with publicity... chet made a right point related to how much they pay honda to sponsor, but there are other variants... the more the merrier, if you understand, the more the logos, more easily they'll fix it in mind. You can find another example watching football on TV, when I went to watch my favourite team (Vasco) play against Flamengo for the Brazilian cup finals, a lot of TV commercials were repeated before the game, in the halftime and after the game. It also happens with other programs.
