the answer is:
"I bet you won't fall on your face...
Your belly will hold you in place
The serpent is crawling inside of your ear
He says you must vote for what you want to hear
Don't matter what's wrong as long as you're alright
So pull yourself stupid and rob yourself blind"
Iron Maiden
shame on max mosley.

The "nationality" of a team seems to have very little to do with, well, anything. Midland aren't Russian, Shnaider isn't even a Russian anymore, he is a Canadian citizen. I think they have limited it to six countries so teams can't register in other countries to get a vote.

Because McLaren team (Ron Dennis) is samekind pain in ass like Stoddart was with his Minardi team..

Kimi, so, Massa Fernando Sebastian is faster than you. Can you confirm you understood that message?

OMFG WHAT A LOAD OF BS!!!

What does Mosley want to achieve with this? Teams won't agree with eachother any faster. Max is completely ruining F1 now. I don't see any pros for this. Nationality has got nothing, but then really nothing to with opinions or what so ever.

I am gonna write an email to this guy. This can't go on for any longer.

i think all the teams should wiggle their ways round and apply for different nationalities...

toyota - germany (as long as bmw go to switzerland for sauber connection)
mclaren - new zealand

etc...

altho why haven't midland been accepted? russia is a fricking great big huge country! it's like 3/4 of the entire universe.

The number of votes for the teams is limited to 6 anyway.

crazy. so only half the teams get a say. the country would go mental if only half the people could vote in government elections...

(well, not that it matters when people blindly follow each other anyway..heh like lemmings.... but you get my point)

Yeah. Right. I said that! (FIA did(/still?) support McLaren) But Dennis is pain in ass when desiding about anything new.

Kimi, so, Massa Fernando Sebastian is faster than you. Can you confirm you understood that message?

I'd love to know where/how the FIA came up with this, and more frighteningly, what's next?

Probably that the cars only have three wheels from 08.

McLaren and Toyota would be able to use just three wheels probably, like Nickv said. F*cking max...

i'd rather have seen the driver swapping than discriminating against teams...

*Selects self destruct option*

*Clicks on Max Mosley*

Problem solved.

they have done it to get rule changes through faster yet they include a team that took a year to agree with testing less.

and funny now ferrari want less testing again next year, i wonder y, oh yes cause they already know how bridgestone tyres work

Oh dear... I really think the FIA have shot themselves in the foot here! How could they possibly leave McLaren out of it, even Toyota too imo. Not sure what the general idea is behind all this politics bs, but just as there seemed to be peace, this happens. I'd like to know the reasons behind the choices... doubt we'd ever see them though.
