Bad move... Klien seems to be a decent up-n-coming driver, whereas from what I've seen of Doornboss he's been pretty ordinary.

what the hell are they doing.

Klien is my 2nd fav driver :( we need people like him.

He should not be replaced for monaco by someone who has not driven there. What klien gonna do now i am very upset

they should put dornboss in their B team. I thought that was the whole point of having a 2nd team, to give newer drivers a chance to prove themselves good enough to join RBR?!

Indeed.

Perhaps spending money on their fancy motor home etc has taken its tole ;)

Doornboss is good, but not worth the seat that Klien so greatly deserves.

I cant even begin to imagine how Klien feels right now, hopefully not as bad as Redbull are at the end of the season ;-)

Anywho. I have a hunch Williams will pick him up, hope a good team does, he desersves a good seat in F1.

I just can't believe it, i thought Red Bull was so well funded that this kind of crap would never happen and Klien has done a great job so far in F1.

You Klien fanboys boys need to wake up. He has done zero this year. He qualifies poorly (even though he supposedly is quicker than DC), looks out of his element during the races (though I admit some of his results could be attributed to bad luck), and has actually seemed to go backwards from his good showing last season.

And why not give Dornboss a chance? He has been quicker than either DC or Klien in practice, and substantially so. Red Bull have sucked this year, even a huge DC fan like me realizes this. Anything that might get them moving forward and give DC a boost is welcome.

Lest we forget, Klien isn't a rookie anymore. He had a shot with Jaguar too, remember?

Dornboss did not impress at minardi he was only as fast as albers who again i dont see y people rate him so high. He uses full revs in practise wurz is faster on fridays than webber and nico and ant is faster than button and rb. Klien this year has had nothing but had luck as has dc the car breaks down all the time. He was fast at the last gp until the red flag thing. He has got to the top 10 shoot out twice dc 0.

Dc only got a point this year due to speed getting a penalty klien earnt his in a car with a failing clutch.

oh well another promising driver out of f1 unless redbull can place him somewhere else just hope they dont make him the 3rd driver.

he was not ready for f1 when he joined jag but redbull pushed for the race seat, last year he was in out in out

So because we beleive in whats right we are fanboys? :D ace!

And sure Dornboss has been quick in Friday testing, but so has the other testers.

And the cars are not limited! Frankly if Robert wasnt quicker susbstantialy I would be worried!

Klien has been on DC's pace, and most of the time beating DC.

The one race Klien has finished this season he scored. ='/

And why not give Dornboss a chance?

Thats what STR is for.

Why not replace Speed?! He has not done much, although he is a rookie.

This move has stabbed both Klien and Luizzi in the back.

I hope not. Like most of us here, I can't make any sense of why RBR would pull a stunt like this, Klien doesn't exactly set the track alight with his pace, but he puts in some solid efforts, personally I would have waited until the end of the year and sacked Coulthard instead.

No... because you believe Klien is something special you are a fanboy.

C'mon chet, if you like Klien thats cool, hey I'm a big DC fan and what has he done lately? But you guys are making it sound like Klien is the second coming of Senna or something, and he clearly isn't anything super.

I personally don't rank him much better than Albers, the only difference is Albers has never raced anything but a backmarker so we don't really know how good he could be. Same with Dornboss. Anyway, you don't think all the massive parties RBR throws are free do you? They cost money! If Dornboss has the dough why not give him a shot, you can always send him back to the test car if he f***'s it up.

I feel bad for Luizzi because he's a company guy, but hey, maybe this is simply a way to kick Klien out and let Vito have his seat. We should wait and see....

They all suck. Dead Bull should get out of F1. Maybe they could buy Midland

or Williams so they can have more seats for all of their "promising" young

drivers. I heard Super Aguri is looking for someone other than Montagny.

Klein kind of looks Japanese...
