he thinks he would have been bored with F1 within 3 years. one thing's for sure, i was bored with him after 3 years.

and i bet he's more in love with the huge paycheck he gets (for being rubbish), than the actual racing.

being a formula1 driver is definitely one of the jobs in the world, even if i could drive for super-aguri and get lapped by the leader every 5 laps, i wouldnt complain at all. Stupid DC.

who said boring? not ralf in that article.

“When I first came into Formula 1 in 1997, I thought, ‘Okay, give it three years and I’ll be fed up with the constant travelling and the hard work,’” he said.

fed up with tracelling/work is quite different to bored. so instead of slagging ralf of for not appreciating being in f1 he's actually saying the opposite.
media.

"The Toyota driver is now starting into his tenth season at the top level."

Highly debatable...

"top level" as in level of motorsport. of course his own actual performance is not top level, but they're saying he is in the top level of motorsport.

yes, what kind of stupid query is that?

The IRL and Champ Car champions both wish to drive in Formula 1 and those are the top levels of American Single Seater Racing.
The DTM Champion moved to be a formula one test driver in the hope of becoming an F1 driver.
Of course it the top form of motorsport certainly the most recognised as well.

as far as prestige and glamour, then yes it is, but in terms of racing, many would argue that other forms of motorsport provide the best "racing".
