Old, I know, but years ago, Renault decided to make an F1 Espace, and took Frank Williams out in it (as they were supplying engines to them back then).

Just thought I would share the video, if people had never seen it, or heard it had been done.

Laters,

Ford also did a Transit Van with a 94 Benetton's engine and transmission.

I saw a later version at Silverstone in 1994. An amazing site hearing the car approaching towards bridge, then as it came in to view it was a people carrier!!

Amazing!

Hugged the track incredibly with no lean at all!

I saw a different clip if this on a programme on MotorsTV a couple of weeks ago, with Frank getting a ride in it. it's basically the F1 car with an Espace shell, isn't it?

when i went to the International Motor Show in 2002, i went to the Renault stand and hoped this would be there, but it wasn't, so I asked one of the ladies workingon the stand if they had brought it, if it was somewhere else, but she told me she had no idea what i was talking about!

nice video of the V10's as they line up on the grid at Brazil 2005:

RIP Jules, never to be forgotten. #KeepFightingMichael
