at the mo the v10's have an advantage there is no doubt about that but the only team using one is rbr2 ( can not be asked with that long name) and they aint gonna win anyway

Well no one knows tbh, as they are not using the PS05 or the RB1 chassis, but a totally new chassis which no one has any idea about at the moment.
