The cars would never get back, they'd all crash into each other ;)

Yeah, and you can forget the pixellated flag man; half the drivers will try to run him over ;)

Seriously though, it has increased an awful lot this year. I remember a few years ago they'd only do it if it was a really big occasion.

Can't agree more. In all the years I watch F1, never ever happened something to anybody while mechanics were celebrating. They need a full reorganisation (by me), no more people who think about stupid things to make overtaking easier which results into making overtaking more difficult, no more people who want to make F1 slower to make it safer. F1 is safe already, and if it isn't safe enough, sharpen the rules about the safety, not about the speed. The FIA is ruining the Formula 1, if it keeps going on like this, in about a few years fans have to wear helmets for safety.

Seems an Odd thing to do.

I suppose we'll just see the guys standing on the Pit box jumping up and down instead.

that's as stupid as tyre 'burning' ban (the FIA made this rule last year IIRC)

For safety reasons they should not let the drive talk to the pit in the radio also!!!

It's like when people are talking on the cellphone when driving. At least here in Brazil you are fined for it. You can't even use earphones. But yeah, Brazillain governament fine you not to make the traffic better, but to get your money. That's the only thing the governament thinks!!!

Next thing to be banned under the FIA will probably be the Champagne celebrations, you would'nt want anyone to get any in an eye or something.

LS's Tip of the week
ESSENTIAL OILS aren't essential unless you're an engine, a gearbox or a twat

and the cars will be made of spongy foam that are pushed round the track by the drivers pedalling like fred flintstone so there's no chance of anyone getting hurt.

Wouldn't want anyone one get a hernia from lifting huge trophies, only small ones from now on (10cm max height for the winner).

Id like to see a return to no pit stops at all. As would F1 mechanics. Refuelling into a hot car is probably the most stupid thing the FIA make the teams do!

I also suggest we make the cars of paper. This will prevent the sun reflecting in your eye and getting blinded, which could make you spin. Also it will keep costs down.

seems stupid.

but then a car goin 100mph+ towards a wire fence with men crawling all over.. there is a slight chance some1 could fall.
