Midland reveals livery




On Monday evening Midland released its livery to the sponsors of Christijan Albers in The Netherlands. Midland will be racing in the colours silver, orange/red and white. Midland also revealed their new logo at the meeting.

In December the team will be in action for the first time under the Midland name. At Jerez the team will make its official debut on Wednesday 7 December with their test driver Nicky Pastorelli behind the wheel.

From today the name 'Jordan' disappeared officially in Formula One. The team was bought last year by Russian investor Alex Shnaider.

Yes they do, but they are still a team - albeit the least popular on the paddock.

Bloody shame for the Dutch fans (that includes me) that the grey isn't blue. Would be a sight, Albers with the orange helmet, and a red white blue car

Altough i think the liverie looks pretty boring.

If the grey changes to blue ill be satisfied.. at least its a bit more russian then ;p.

what an opportunity to come out with a fantastic new clever/artistic design for the livery, and what do they give us? a grey car with a bit of red and white. wow.

they could have had awesome flame effects running down the car, or a light blue car with bubbles like an underwater scene.

these may not link to the Midland 'image' but they could have found something a bit more interesting that this!

Well I like it, very clean and simple. I personally hope that 2006 brings us some new and interesting liveries as those of the recent past have been mainly evolutions of a similar theme.

weird that you even think that they would use bubbles or flames or whatsoever, when they do that they have less space for sponsors...
