Katherine Legge is rubbish. Im not being sexist, if she was was a bloke i would say the same. Yes she is winning in Totota Altlantic but the standard of driver in the usa is piss poor.

give some real talent a shot.

Just a red bull publicity stunt.

Rant over..

just noticed that the test is taking place at vallelunga.

could probably lap faster around there in a kart. I actually feel a bit sorry for her now.

She wont get in the car anyway.

As soon as she spots the mechanics wearing the same outfit as she's wearing, she'll demand to be taken home so she can get changed into something else ;)

The only noticeable thing she did in Europe was flip her car when she cut the Rockingham first corner chicane.

I think this is great for the sport. How long will it take until we see a female participate in an F-1 event (and shove it to Bernie for those comments about Danica Patrick at Indy)

You can almost predict the sexist remarks that appear after a news story like this.

its not sexism, just because we say she rather than he doesnt make our critisism sexist. If she was was a guy i would still think she was rubbish.

i have followed her through Frenault, F3 and she hasnt impressed. All she is is a marketing tool because she is only one of 2 females in top flight motorsport.

Period.

I'll wait and reserve judgement.

But it is fair to say in general she hasn't notched the results you might expect a serious new F1 testee to have done. So in that respect she isn't about to come in and show the boys how's it done, she isn't going to be giving Alonso and Raikkonen any slpeepless nights.. unless they happen to hit it off..

It's as much as a pr tool as anything, but good luck to her all the same.

Shes crap. It has nothing to do with her gender. Shes just crap. There are many drivers out there far more deserving of an F1 test

Its all a publicity stunt at the end of the day.

Hell! they could even put a chimp into a F1 car for a test, to grab some PR.

oh wait, Ferrari already did that did'nt they ;)
