The whole scene just shows utter sadness, and most likely not without a reason.
Both Japanese constructors should leave, they've proven to be uncompetent.
They should stick by doing the opposite of what Honda is doing now, hunting whales. That's bad for the environment, and there's no need to be both quick and accurate, as whale are slow and difficult to miss.
(However i do not approve whale hunt.)
