Raikkonen
Button
Massa
Heidfeld
Webber
Klien

Well these bunch of drivers will be there or thereabouts in the next few years..maybe Montoya too but he is a bit older.
In your opinion who wont be World Champion?
Purely based upon how you rate them as of now and there talent/possible talent.

Didnt put Alonso as he has most probs won 2005, didnt put Sato as without Honda he wouldnt be there

IMO out of those the last three dont look like WDC Material, sure i am slightly biased on my opinion of Massa but still :P.
I feel Raikkonen will eventually win one, he is more than talented enough
Button is good enough its just that what with his situation for next year getting a title could take a hell lot longer than it could have been
Massa what with the Ferrari situation and considerable talent he could be WDC if thing went right for him

Heidfeld is good no doubt but i doubt he could be consitant over the whole season.
Webber is just not a racing driver, he is a Qualifier not much more.
Klien seem good, willing to risk overtaking, doesnt mind throwing the car off road which would be his undoing....

Raikkonen will be the only one, from the drivers, that are mentioned above, who will win the championship.

I dont think Massa has the ability to be consistant through out the season and to cope with the pressure all the time.

Button must first win a race, but he is massively overrated, just because he is British.

Webber, well, you ve already said everything about him.

Nick wont win it, I think, I just cant immagine him winning it. :)

Klien could make some great moves, but I dont think he will the championship.

Anyone of them given the circumstances.

Nice to see Klien win the Championship, he still young, long future ahead of him. If McLaren or Renault pick him, he will have a good chance.

Well, Raikkonen for sure. (he will be)

Button, hmmm, he needs the fastest car and a poor teammate, but he could.

Massa, dont know, maybe, still needs to get a podium, a race and of course a good team.

Heidfeld is the one underrated for me, he is fast and really good in the race. With a quick car he could do it very well.

Webber needs more race pace, but he could do it like Button.

Klien is not the one, he is lucky to be still in F1.

i see webber in a damon hill mould, not brilliant, but very solid and reliable. given a good car i dont see why he couldnt string together a number of good finishes and become champion.

raikkonen, yeah i can see it.
button....dont know, raikkonen and alonso will be pretty competitive.
massa, unlikely for reasons given above
heidfeld, unlikely.
klien? again, unlikely. he'll probably be lucky to retain his drive.

montoya has as good a chance as anyone. may need to go to ferrari for it though.

I can see Button doing it, but not at least for the next ten years.

interesting, webber's (1976) only a year younger than jpm (1975), heidfeld (1977) isn't particularly a young gun anymore either :p

massa won't be champ, neither will klien, heidfeld or webbo and probably not button either so... Kimi v Alonso then? ;)

Raikkonen - If McLaren ever give him a car that'll let him show his talent, he'll easily be champion

Button - Depends on the car. Maybe a few wins, but I see him achieving about the same as DC at best

Massa - No. Just no.

Heidfeld - Shown he's good this year, all depends on his luck really, which team he ends up with.

Webber - I would think he's better than Heidfeld, but this year hasn't proven this... strange one really.

Klien - Same as Massa.

I think Kimi is head and shoulders above the rest of those on the list, but we don't know how they would be doing if they were in his position this year, so its hard to judge, but from the list I only see Kimi as being anything special.

Let me look in to my crystal ball... Ahh! I see feck all! As no one could possibly guess.

Would you of guessed MS would be fighting for low points most of the season and struggling to race BAR this time last season? No, nor me.

Though, I don't think (based on past and current performances) that Massa, Klien and maybe Webber and Hiedfeld would win a championship. I could be very wrong...

Kimi, and possibly Webber.

Webber doesnt stand a chance. He is only quick in quali.

Kimi will surely win a Championship, there's only been one driver in history who's been that quick for so many years and never won - and that was in the 1950s...

In some ways it's good that Alonso gets his chance this season because he sure as hell won't be winning anything else when McLaren sort out their reliability issues, especially if Ferrari get back on form.

None of the others mentioned above will win a Championship, because they don't have the talent. If they did, we'd have already seen it by now. I don't understand the hype about Webber or Massa, and as for Button... he is rated well, he will do good in years to come, but he's more of a DC than a Damon Hill.

Yes, but that doesen't nesscerily mean he always will be. I think consistency will win him the world championship in a few years.

Kimi will win a championship, that's for sure.
Button could win one too.
Massa has showed what he can do with a fast car (don't remember if he did well in it ;))
Klien... I don't know. We've never seen him in a good car.
Heidfeld will win races but, won't win the championship and Webber has the talent to win one, but he has to be quicker in the races. He can only drive 1 lap fast, but when he has to do 70...

I think all those drivers can win cahpionship. Or maby noy Clien... But nobody knows what team will be best even next year or 2009 etc..

But personally I like Heidfeld & Weebo and I hope they both will win it..

And Kimi will win! It is just matter of time..

Kimi, so, Massa Fernando Sebastian is faster than you. Can you confirm you understood that message?

Hi guys,

Kimi is championship stuff, no doubt. Everybody agrees.
Jenson, well British yes and fast, he can win, really. But a championship??
Felipe, inconsistant all the way, maybe a lucky win (when in the right car that is...)
Christian, maybe the dark horse of the comming years. He needs to go to McLaren/Renault or Ferrari (I mean, why not)
Mark, consistant guy, not a future champ, sorry
Nick, I just don't know...consistency is the word I think

furthermore...
Rosberg jnr. what about Nico? And a long shot, but as cool as Kimi...Robert Doornbos (yes I'm Dutch). Robert showed off in the cheaty Jordan and now, he will set the records straight at Minardi. He is better than Jos Verstappen. Did not put a wheel wrong last weekend, or did he?

If even Alsonso can win a championship in the right car everyone can.

I don't get this Alonso thing, He's proven he has the mettle required to be a great driver, blitzing everyone last year at Hungary, defending against Schumacher who was 2 secs a lap faster etc, yet because Mclaren Mercedes have fumbled the ball Alonso is getting it in the neck.

Kimi with out a doubt has all the credentials to be a Worldchampion, but equally so does Fernando.

Consistency is the main thing for winning worldchampionships and when a driver gets into a position where he can fight at the front it usually gives an insight as to wether he has the magic ingredient to make him stand out ( a good example of this was Coulthard, he had the talent on the day to win races, but was'nt consisent enough to string enough together to form a WDC ).

Its starting to reek in here of Fanboyism, someone open a window will ya :)
