its variable. for example, if u search Hockenheim, you'll see the old long track. but u'll see @ 70000ft. Magny Cours' pìc is >2003 & highly detailed. New circuits (bahrein, istambul) are not in Google Earth (shoot date probably <2003)

i've located some circuits, some not. some in hi-res pics. if u r interested reply :)

Just note USA doesn't like F1 (since 1981)

Hungarian GP, 1997. Last laps just when damon's problems had just begun:
(Louise Goodman has just reported that Damon Hill was on the radio with Tom Walkinshaw)
Murray: "How do they do that, Martin? How does a man talk calmly and especially to his team boss, when Damon in the situation he's in?"
Martin: "Well, you press a little button on the steering wheel and start talking, Murray. There's a little speaker in the front of your crash helmet...";)
(excerpted from the "Brundle's Quote Central")

It has been there for awhile. They dont want bikes going into the 200R at full speed

How did you get it to show the track? I've installed it, and I tried to look for Hockenheim and Silverstone by trying to type the names in, amongst other things, but I've not had any luck. Did you just scroll along in the general area until you got lucky?

Yeah. I put in "Suzuka, Japan" and then hunted it down. :D

Hockenheim, Germany is the easiest one to find.

it is deffinetly for bikes, that long right hander was dangerous even 4 150cc bikes let alone 240bhp+ GP bikes!

@ Iceman Paul - Seeing as you seem to have been busy finding all of the circuits, any chance on sharing the details, such as Lattitude and Longitude with the rest of us, please?

Much appreciated :-)

No, Dave was right, the 130R is nowhere near that chicane.

Wrong. 130R is in the last section of the lap and was named because the corner used to have a radius of 130 (It doesnt now that it has been changed).

The corner we are referring to is the long right hander approaching Spoon, which is the 200R

@ Iceman Paul - If you pin a "placemark" on the circuits, and then go to EDIT them. Click on ADVANCED, and look in LOCATION, and it shows the Latitude and Longitude.

Hope that helps. I've managed to pin one on Hockenheim so far (Lat = 49°19'39.97"N Long = 8°34'4.63"E)
