Whatever the legality of selling such DVD's on ebay, it happens! I've bought a copy of Monaco 1992 recently and it's very good.

Right now though I'm DESPERATE for a copy of Spa 2000. I've seen Mika's move a thousand times but I want to see the build up to it again.

Lots of people sell them on eBay and never get into trouble for it.

of course its not legal!

its like copying a video, dvd or cd and selling it.

you are breaching copyright laws and stuff.

thats why the websites that have F1 footage on them get closed down all the time.

yeah its stupid but thats the way it is. the best you can do is record them off the tv and burn them yourself, but don't go shouting about it, you could get in trouble.

You can buy Grand Prix highlight videos from the Duke website but that only features races from the 80's. At least in the selection it features Monaco 84, Portugal 85 and Europe 85. Each one lasts an hour and are very good. :)

It's not only the 80's. Duke do the 90's (apart from 94) and 00's to current as well.

@ EddieB, I think The F1 Lunatic is talking about videos that have only 1 race on them, not the season reviews. i;ve seen them too somewhere.

www.dukevideo.com

then search for whatever you want.

I very much doubt you could find 1 guy with all races from 1975, even f1 "tape master" (Who sells his tapes) emlyn doesnt have all the complete races from 75, dont forget video recorders were probably not common if avalable at all and the races just werent televised... the first company to televise every round (all be it highlights) were bbc in 78

hrmm, why do the FOA like to shut down all these website and such for distributing these videos? I reckon there would be a lot of pleased people if they were to actually release some of the old classic races (monaco 92, spa 98, etc) instead of just sitting on the licence letting it collect dust.

i know i'd buy them...
