I don't believe MS and Button will be on podium. My predicition is:

1st Five Fingers
2nd Montoya
3rd Fisichella

It is unusual, but maybe.

About Alonso's oil leak I heard on spanish TV that it was repaired.

but surely still a worry...

I forgot about JPM - maybe he'll get a podium?:)

Due to the voting system in Germany, Governments are always made up of coalitions of different parties. At the last election, an almost unprecidented result saw the CDU/CSU (rough equivilant of the Conservatives) go into Government with the SPD (rough equivilant of Labour)

yes, it's a worry.
At spanish TV they have said that Renault has said the engine is perfect, who knows. But I believe that if the engine had any problem the would have changed it, as Renault has to focus on the championship.

@Xero

At this case, JPM would have to back off for Kimi.

man the gushing about Buttons pole was sickening.

MS pit on lap 13, JB lap 16.

JPM just made a mistake out of the pits!!

looks like it'll be Ferdy 'Five Fingers' again...

EDIT: hmm, a convenient failure for Fisi just when Alonso needed to pass him. the cynics amongst you can read into that what you want ;)

That's dodgey team tactics by McLaren, I want Kimi to get 10 points but that's almost like rule breaking keeping Montoya out.

JPM DQ'ed!!

i was wondering what is the protocol for when they pit under SC. how do they know the rules about what position you take up? surely they must be kept at the end of the pitlane while the field goes past.

and lo and behold, he jumped the red light.

and Kimi might be under investigation for being released right in front of DC, so potentially MS could win.

I'm not impressed by McLaren, I have no simpathy for the Team and am annoyed as this is going to have a negative effect on both Juan and Kimi. Blatent rule bending such as that to get Kimi in front is unfair and unreasonable.

being a kimi fan i am happy that he's in the lead but i am very sympathtic for juan as it could of been a mclaren 1-2

anyway its over and done with so lets concentrate on the future of the race

Every team has to decide whom to call in first. I think it's quite natural to call in the person first that is in front in WDC standings. If this does include a position change, there is nothing wrong with that, you can't even call it team orders, so it's not even close to "bending the rules". I cannot see what the problem is with that.
