There's no doubt that Kimi's car is the fastest car out there. But Alonso has the points lead and the reliability to keep finishing second all the time. It's a tricky situation to predict, but I suspect another Kimi victory is on the cards...

Yes, that would be very good, if Webber can take alonso out, at least like he did with Monty in Nurburgring.

what we need is for Kimi to win every race from now on, Alonso to finish 2nd ever race, then Alonso winning the title, to show the FIA how stupid the points system is.

but i would also put McLaren (Kimi to be more precise) in the strongest position for the next few races.

just looking at the times mclaren seem to be able to lap at the same speed lap after lap were as MS does 2 slower laps then the 3rd lap is fast then the 4th and 5th are slower.

Its early days yet but I think they are using a soft tyre that is not really working of short or long runs

I think the RB pace is more real

I think, that later in the weekend, speeds will be around 340, or 345kmh. Thats just "warmup" (FP1).

Did anyone else noticed, that McLaren doesnt have standard NT livery, but only names of the drivers, without those black and red stripes (spelling)?

But they do have this stripes on the helmet, so I really dont understand, why they dont have them on the car aswell? Marketing move maybe (to make a limited eddition of Canada NT MP4-20s models)?
