Well looking at his results and his fastest lap at Imola any1 think he deserves a better chance..

cmon every1 here sed he was in f1 coz of money and will get killed by Tiago..

He may have been in coz of money but so far he has been the most impresive driver for me this season...

Tiago was supposed to be like one of Jordans best drivers for aggess but he looks very average especially compared to Narain...

give him something faster!!

this is a biased opinion because altho British i am of a Indian origin coz of my parents.. so :P

but i think im rite.. he deserves a quicker car..

I don't remember anyone sayig Monteiro will kill Karen.....! Narain has showed over the past few races that he's quite clearly a step above his slightly velocity-challenged Portuguese team mate. NK has really done himself proud so far....hopefully he can pick up a point or two later in the year.

Like i said in the Imola thread, he's easily the best rookie of the four main drivers so far this year (too early to tell with liuzzi yet). To some extent it has surprised me, but i think its good that someone that is paying for their drive is showing a bit of promise
Will be interesting to see what happens with him in the future

yeah i agree narain is doing very well. but that is in comparison to his team mate (who is useless)

give him a proven team mate then we will see

i.e liuzzi has done well against DC

pfffff bull-@#$%&. Jordan doesn't give the equal material to Monteiro. In the world series, Tiago was much faster and Kovalainen, Montagny and Bas Leinders were faster than these guys so... F1 is all about money, Narain has more money so he gets the best material. Leinders has no good sponsors so he won't get a ride... Narain isn't very good I think!

I remember someone saying , Narain will be another yoong story, come and go.
So far he has proved that he can drive an F1 car , i believe he deserves to stay in F1 better than other rookies atleast .

The Nissan World Series showed that Karthikeyan is fast, though Heikki Kovalainen is faster.

You should really, really, really read and think twice before you post, chet.

ill find post(s) distinctly saying Monterio was better and will beat Narain..

and that quote is like saying..JB is fast (jb hasnt won), but Kimi is faster (kimis won).. Some1 will always be faster unless your senna or hakinen ;)

of course its gonna say hes fast, its not goin to read "Karthikeyan is slow and Jordan have made a mistake"

I am Portuguese and I must say I am not happy with Tiago´s pace ...

I agree with Sniper, here in Portugal although we aint happy with Tiago results, its clearly to me that Jordan (midland) is giving the best material to Narain.
Every race since the beguining of the season Tiago is always having problems with the car, lots of electronic problems,Traction control problems, suspension problems etc etc...
Narain offcourse never complaints...
In every Jordan press release or interview they keep talking and talking about Narain, and nothing about Tiago.
This is obviously because Narain brought to the team 30 million Euros and the Indian "market" is important to Midland,so if Narain does good in F1, Midland only has to gain...
To be honest Tiago´s talent is being wasted at F1 and calling him useless its pure ridiculous,he has proved in the lower series that he his fast and can win races even without the best car in the grid.
All I can say is give them equal material and Monteiro will be without a doubt faster than Narain!!!
But unfortunately F1 is just all about money...

yup, and nobody can argue on that point Eugenio. You have to have money in F1 or you don't make it. People who say that F1 contains the best 20 drivers in the world are fools. There are at least 8 drivers who can be replaced by better ones.

Eugenio , yeah ... I dont really see why Narain is faster than Monteiro while on world series Monteiro was clearly faster than him :S

I hope it´s the case of money and not speed

well monteiro still looks useless

sorry bit thats how it looks

if you were a good driver, it would not matter how many car problems you had, you would still shine

i remember someone writing about his first test at silverstone. it was laughable
