Yeah but u have the penalty of dirty tyres or flat spotted tyres..and its better for viewers as we still have cars running.

Great race. The Webber de la Rosa battle was very exciting to watch. I was very impressed with the raw speed of the McLarens... stunning speeds down the straights! If they get up front on the grid they can contend for wins for sure. Traffic scuffed they're race again.

yeah, but at least for imola, if a ferrari gearbox breaks, they don't have to fly one out, they just have to go and get one from across the street...

its easy to bash a team when theyre down. where was everyone last year? ferrari have focked up for the first few races. the races are as bad as last year except for everything behind p1.

interesting race, and considering some of the races we had last season its been one of the best, although still not really great but hey you cant have it all.

I never saw the dc/jv crash, did itv show it or was i just not paying attention, i only saw jv turning around so a vid would be great if anyone has one to hand.

As light as the ferrari fuel load may have been i stil think that after 2/3 races they will be at the front again once they iron out the technical flaws which will make the racing even more interesting, and full credit to pedro - at least he gave things a go (even thou some attempts you could tell were never gonna work ;-))

anyway hopefully we see more of the same but with a tad more action up front :P Although imola aint well known for its overtaking action.

Oh and heidfelds comeback to lousie wasnt bad considering he aint a native english speaker ;)

The same as every tyre manufacturer has done at least since I've been watching F1

Seems it wasn't caught on camera. Not even a video on TBK.

I liked that race, de la Rosa drove well, yes he made mistakes but it was good to see somebody really go for it, I hope Monotya's injured for one more race, just so he gets another chance.

Comedy moment to Heidfeld talking to Louise Goodman after his retirement

Louise: "So, no champagne for you this week Nick"

Nick: "They don't use champagne here"

lol

Comedy moment for me was before the race, when Brundle was chatting to Bernie on the grid.

"So Bernie, have they caught the bankers who nicked your wheels?"

Max and Bernie must be loving the change of atmosphere at the moment because last year F1 was heading into a political and a sporting crisis, now everyone is getting excited by F1 again.

Most of you are right anyway! Fisichella is kicking Alonso into touch this year :/

What a stunningly composed weekend from Alonso - again. IF this guy isn't in a Ferrari before long I'll be incredibly shocked.

why does he need to be in a ferrari?

Ferrari have done a crap job this year they really messed things up for their drivers.

Webber spun away 3rd place with a mistake and done his tyres in, still say the guy is over rated

Webber has been faster then Heidfeld so if Webber is over rated so is Heidfeld too.

I didn't say he needed to be in a Ferrari. And how can you say they've done a crap job this year after three races? I still think Alonso would be silly to turn down a Ferrari drive if and when the opportunity presents itself, especially as he'd most probably replace Michael.

but ferrari have done crap this year, where were they in the 1st 3 races? and sorry but last year mclaren were being slagged off after 3 races. Just remember ferrari in the late 80's early 90's. Rb's tyres were finished at the end of the race there is very little doubt MS would have lost positions as well.

Nick will come out on top in their battle this year as webber makes too many errors.
