good lad lewis!

Piquet should hopefully get stuffed this weekend as his car will actually have to conform to the regulations as it is an international event.

cheating brazilian scum. He got stuffed at zandvort and he will here too.

he's RABBISH!

look: FP2, Second quali

Second qual

Combined qual

So it seems Manor have snathched the front row :) I hope Lewis wns this year coz now he has a good years experience unlike last year where it was his first f3 race, but still managed to outpace Piquet and Rosberg.

I think this event shows that Piquet and Rosberg are good but others (Like Lewis) are better, but have yet to drive an f1 car.

PS - Seen Senna?? He qualied 8th for the FR2000 event :)

It'd be a shame if he came into F1 before he was ready. He's a cracking good driver, but plenty of cracking good drivers have wrecked everything by jumping the gun. But I agree, an F1 test won't be long in coming, and it'll be well deserved.

OOO. race stoped at lap 11 :(

Hamilton i think had a prob, as hes down in 14 :(. Jamie Green is way down in 20th :O!!

I think they must have been involved in a incedent :(:(

but must have been a BIG accident later as the race stoped with 4 laps to go.

well these r the results:

1 9 PREMAT 11 37:13.731 108.49
2 22 KUBICA 11 + 0.675 108.46 2
3 26 DI GRASSI 11 + 1.178 108.43
4 30 CARBONE 11 + 1.422 108.42
5 14 PERERA 11 + 1.822 108.40
6 11 CARROLL 11 + 2.219 108.38
7 12 AUSTIN 11 + 3.464 108.32
8 4 QUINTARELLI 11 + 3.633 108.32
9 23 ANTINUCCI 11 + 4.301 108.28
10 7 PIQUET 11 + 5.367 108.23
11 19 ASMER 11 + 6.154 108.19
12 25 WATTS 11 + 6.463 108.18
13 24 NAKAJIMA 11 + 6.780 108.16
14 21 HAMILTON 11 + 7.267 108.14
15 1 GARDE 11 + 7.690 108.12
16 27 TUNG 11 + 8.116 108.10
17 28 JONES 11 + 8.505 108.08
18 33 LEE 11 + 9.074 108.05
19 17 LEI 11 + 12.197 107.90
20 8 GREEN 11 + 12.235 107.90
21 31 MERSZEI 11 + 14.040 107.81 2

Hamilton had the 3rd fasted lap, but in traffic, so he was definetly quick. O well, its f1 next :):)

Hamilton and Rosberg went out and hit the wall on the second lap of the race (it was some Lisboa curve), Rosberg was leading the race and Hamilton was in second place when that happened.

I read in F1-live about the race, and a car stalled in front of him in his qualifying lap, so Nelsinho got screwed big time :P
But, he made up 17 positions in the race, 8 in the first few corners (no accidents at the time).
Yeah, Rosberg and the other guy made mistakes and ran wide. The winner actually hit the wall sideways, but his car wasn't that bad and he continued.
But so many accidents happened, it's crazy :\. Imagine if the race would have been completed, how more shuffled the positions would be!!

Oh, and not to defend Nelsinho much, how is he a cheating scum? :D

Apparently in bRazilian F3 and/or British F3 his engine was more powerful than the rest.

The guy barely won the British F3 title in his second year in the best funded team and people start comparing him to Senna. What gives?

I'm sorry, I don't believe his engine was any different.
He was above the other drivers in the championship, but remember he is the son of Nelson Piquet. I imagine there must be something in the DNA, not to mention his dad influence. He must have learn a lot from his dad, and with the full support his dad gave him (5 people total in the team, for one driver) paying 2 million dollars to have the team and keep it running without problems, it's just adding 2+2. A good driver with a good team = good results, in his case the championship in very nice form.

And about the rumors, where can I read that? :)
