looks interesting, if not ground braking. Wonder what the camber / hills are like...

There was an artists impression in Autosport a few months back, and it looks awesome. The whole start/finish straight complex is in a big sort of tunnel, either that or great arched grandstands. Looks like a fantastic layout.

TILKE! NO MORE!

You've really got a chip on your shoulder over Tilke, Zcott! I don't know why, though! His tracks are innovative, offering high speed, challenging corners, and tricky hairpins with overtaking opportunities aplenty. His tracks usually produce some of the most exciting races in a season.

He's one of my most disliked people in F1, Alex, if not *the* most disliked....!

I think it's wrong to have one man doing all the tracks in F1. And let's face it, any new track is basically a Tilke track, or a Tilke copy. They're all pretty identical now.

I don't like short circuits unless they have some redeeming features! And only Monaco has a redeeming feature: It's in the middle of a city!

I agree that it's wrong to have the same guy design all the new tracks, as there are far too many similarities!

But then, they are superb circuits, and in a way, all the F1 tracks are similar to eachother in some way! :)

Nice circuit, I look forward to seeing it in action, and to driving it in GP5!? ;)

I'm actually looking forward to this circuit, mainly because it's supposed to have quite a few changes in camber and height due to the large sand dunes.
Also the area around the pit complex is supposed to resemble an oasis, with palm trees and grass and stuff, before the cars blast out into the desert.

I feel that the new trak would be a bit like Zandvoort.

Drifting sand on the track that could mess the cars' grip on the track.

we need more fast flowing tracks to increase the popularity in F1, not these sanitised medium to slow corners

we want tracks like Spa, suzuka
