Hi all,
How is Briatore still Alonso's agent if the statement below holds true? And who was Alonso's manager during the time Flavio wasn't (around 2010-2011)?
In 2009 the FIA ruled that "
it does not intend to renew any Superlicence granted to any driver who is associated (through a management contract or otherwise) with Mr. Briatore, or any entity or individual associated with Mr. Briatore." The FIA determined "
that such instructions should be applicable for an unlimited period".
Based on this Flavio sued the FIA for losing clients such as Kovalainen, Di Grassi and Alonso.
