Hi all,

How is Briatore still Alonso's agent if the statement below holds true? And who was Alonso's manager during the time Flavio wasn't (around 2010-2011)?

In 2009 the FIA ruled that "it does not intend to renew any Superlicence granted to any driver who is associated (through a management contract or otherwise) with Mr. Briatore, or any entity or individual associated with Mr. Briatore." The FIA determined "that such instructions should be applicable for an unlimited period".

Based on this Flavio sued the FIA for losing clients such as Kovalainen, Di Grassi and Alonso.
