I think it makes sense to not penalize Seb. I would actually argue that the whole story is amongst the best things that happened to F1 in recent years. People are discussing it, it's in the news, tons of media exposure. Noone cares about the usual PR streamlined stuff. I would not encourage this behaviour but I think there are a couple of people who would not mind if it goes on like this.

No, sorry.

That finish had the ingredients to be as memorable as Mansell going around the outside of Berger..... Instead it was ruined by someone screaming like a little toddler over the radio.
