I love this circuit and race.

But it's going to be as unpredictable as the first six races. How about a 7th winner? :D

Quite looking forward to this, really hoping for an anti-Monaco race :)

Considering the calibre of drivers that haven't won a race yet (Raikkonen, Grosjean, Hamilton, Schumacher, Massa, Perez etc.), I really think we might get another new winner, which is quite astonishing!

Hopefully the protests don't disrupt the race too much, it would certainly be ironic if they had more impact here than in Bahrain.

Schumacher surely has to be thinking he can do this.

IMO Mercedes is now the best car, he proved in Monaco he CAN do it.. It's all there.

However, I think (hope) we will see a Lewis v's Schumacher battle race long. With Michael to come out on top of course!

I doubted Schumacher, I doubted Mercedes but I hope both prove me wrong in Canada. After 2009 I did not believe they would build another car good enough to win. After 2011 I thought the field was too strong for Schumacher to win but if you're going to come to form anywhere Monaco is the place to do it, or at least show you still have it.

A 42 year old 1 handed through swimming pool is my favourite 2012 image so far (I will stop talking about it... one day!)

Was he adjusting brake bias? It simply shows how confident he was. I never remember anyone doing it as much as he used to.

I never used to do it so much during the race or during the earlier years, but he certainly adjusted it for pretty much every corner in qualifying in the mid-2000s.

Easily my favourite race of the year from a viewing point of view. I absolutely love it! :D

RE Schumacher, I'm just hoping he'll have a trouble-free weekend for once, because then I think his performance will speak for itself. I'm getting a bit sick and tired of all the reliability problems in that team happening to his car and not Nico's.

And yeah, he's always(since his early Ferrari years at least) had a tendency to adjust the controls in the cockpit while in action, and the fact he's started doing that again now is a great sign that his confidence is getting back up to somewhere near where it should be. The best example from the past which I remember is during one of his hot laps in quali at Interlagos in 2002, when he adjusted the brake bias in the middle of steering round Mergulho. According to Martin Brundle a lot of the other drivers were in awe when they saw the onboard footage of him doing that.

PS, Stefano, I'm missing a few pay-cheques.

Great to see Williams really fired up as a team again. The difference from last year is as big off the track as on it - awesome.

Jacques Villeneuve's got his own aero improvements...

I think the major problem at Williams at the moment is that the drivers aren't as polished as they might be, they've finally seemed to make a break through on team engineering philosophy though.
