I've only just started watching NHRA, thanks to Five US, but this is a horrible accident and one which could have been prevented. YouTube has many videos if you really want to see it. His engine exploded, took the outer shell, burnt the parachute, and he hit the drag strip wall, which is absent at many of NHRA's drag tracks, at the end of the track.
