What is the difference between ace and rooky levels in GP3-2000 excepting driving help? And where can i find the ini-file (or something) to edit help in this levels like turn on braking help on ace level that closed in game menu etc...?

The AI cars are much faster on Ace level (more bhp). In order to change the driving aids, use "GP3 2000 Edit". You will find it - and many other handy tools - in the download section of this very site.

Yes and u must be aware that it does not affect their "skill" as such (they dont perform better manuvers e.t.c.) they are just plain faster, so brake later, generally quicker round corners and straights.

I do think it is harder to overtake on Ace level than on rookie though
