Length of a track

I have a (stupid) question.
In Austria we have a small touring car track called Wachauring (1 lap = 1,3km).
Is it possible to create this small track for GP3 or ist that to short?

The Austrian Touring Car Challenge (R.I.P. 2006) had always two races in May.
Now the Histo Cup (Oldtimer Race) is the only race on the Wachauring.

The shortest published track i know is Curno, length about 1 km, but the game always crashes when leaving the track.
Another oval track I know (Insel, length 1,2 km) is working perfectly.
So a track length of 1,3 km should be possible in any case

Here are some onboard laps from the Lotus Bulla Cup!

The Austrian Touring Cars always drove anti clockwise, so in this series the chicane was after start/finish and not before.

I have a question:
Can someone build the track (Wachauring) for me? Yes or no?
I am too stupid for creating tracks ;)
This track is not very interesting (for the most people) , but it´s my home track and the third of three racetracks in Austria.
I´m down on my knees ;-)
