How to install tracks without GPXPatch

Hi all, I know this is sort of old topic, but I think there was a solution for this wich I don´t remember and I didn´t find in other posts. For some strange reason, GPXPatch doesn´t work for me, so I´d like to know some way to install tracks passing over GPXPatch or not using it at all. I want to use custom tracks, not just the original...

simple put the circuit in the file and rename the track you want to replace. Rename the original so you don't lose it. For example: I would rename F1ct01 Australia and rename the track I wanted to put there F1ct01.
