Could anyone tell me how to create the car pics used in a team art bmp file ?

Is there any specific software to do these pictures ?

An easy way is to set up your car cameras so that you can take a broadside and an overhead screenshot of the cars ingame, then cut, resize, and paste the car pictures into the menu art bitmap.

I create a blank template of the car side & top, then paint in the details in PaintShop Pro for each car. It's a different approach than the one Jackie M suggests, not better or worse.

Another easy way is to use the drawings of the cars that are found in F1 and CART Autocourse annuals and the like. The problem here is that these drawings are generally only of broadside views with hardly ever any overhead pictures at all.

Paul's method requires a fair amount of artistic ability. My suggestion does not.
