Had issues with GP3 and W7 but eventually managed to fix the black screen after the lights went out. Problem now is my PO is through the roof. How can I reduce it?

thanks

Just bought GP3 two days ago and was so disappointed - it doesn't even start.
I'm using win7; tried several setups as startig as admin or running it in compatibility mode for win 95/98/2000/ME/XP.
Nothing worked. Can someone give me advice?
Is there an emulator software available?

Cheers,
Robert

is it 64bit windows 7 or 32bit? I installed and it worked just fine on my windows 7 (32 bit). no changing of any settings. only issue was graphics card related... (dire performance)

I have just tried to install gp3 on my new pc using windows 7. Gp3 is working but very slow and no in game sound at all (the same problem occured playing gp4 by the way). I'm using windows 7 64 bits version, ATI RADEON 5850 SERIES! I am going tp believe this is a ATI RADEON problem. No problems with new games like Call of Duty, F1 2010, rfactor etc.

It's Win7 64bit version.
When I try to open it, an entry in the process list appears for a few seconds and then disappears again.
The game however won't run at all. Too bad :(
