is it possible to race on any circuit but doing it on the wrong way? I mean, if a circuit is run clockwise, is it possible to do it anti-clockwise?

Just press "F3" (or F2 I dont remember) from your keyboard.
I wonder why you want to do this but.............

i think he means race the other way... you'd have to edit the track so that the CC cars go the opposite way

still nop, you have to rebuild the track brand-new using a different base track because the pitlane will be opposite side and reimporting and reversing every object
