Le Mans 2009

Hello all

I've made a Le Mans 2009 team art with performance, pitcrew and pitbanners but I am no painter so perhaps someone would like a little challenge in making the 2009 Le Mans carset and cockpits.
Jycé had been a precious help previously but perhaps other painters feel like trying making Le Mans cars. Of course one shall have the time for it. We know that sometimes we are very busy at work.
I could assist with details regarding difficulties with the skins on the Le Mans carshape.

It sounds a good idea...but if you mean painting a carset for applying into a Lemans carset, i dont have any idea of how to do it.

My idea was only to get a car painter to paint the car skins and perhaps the cockpits. All other details i Le Mans carset I think is made ready by me

One might take a look at the previous Le Mans carsets to see how it's done, and again, I am glad to help and assist...

Please feel free to give it a try, would be nice to have the 2009 carset, and by the way we still miss the 2007 Le Mans carset whitch I also have all team art available for if some kind painter should feel like trying...

If a new carset is ready for upload, what do we do as the GPG site is not working at the moment??
Could someone kindly host, lets say a Le Mans 2009 carset???

Henrik send me some sounds for GPxPatch he made for Le Mans.
Some time he made some new sounds to the patch and perhaps someone
could use them in their game. It is important that both
folders with the sound files are copied into the gpxdata/snd folder in the
game (the file became too big with all the sounds in one folder).
I uploaded it to my homepage [drafi5.bplaced.net]
it is in the "Misc" section.

Hello ,

the Carset ist wonderful and with the carshape great . And now i have only one question. When comes Version 2 and i hope there are the other cars from LMP1 and LMP2 .

Henrik began his holidays today by flying to Egypt for the Red Sea.
"I think I can send the carset to you in the middle of week 34... The difference of the two carsets is not that big but tree other teams will figure in the second version. Perhaps a few more if I can find the right pictures and drawings..."

So we will have to wait...
