the Pit Lane needs to be redesigned completely, i have seen many
commands in the wrong sections, track commands in the Pitlane, ...

First of all:
change the Pit Lane Side to "right".

In the Track Structure
Donington-Track Config-Track Sections=132-PitLaneSide/(GP3 Cam...

double click and change the value to 7104

Try to go through the Track Editing Manual of Roberto Scandura
(Chapter Pit Line Editing)
