what do you mean with...(I suggest two drivers for each team, and our team-mate, a real driver who never run on Formula 1):
Please explain a little bit more, do we choose our second driver and where does he come from...Rally, F3000, Karting, DTM?
Is it that what you mean or something else.

Hi everyone....as i explained a few post before, i've decided to put an hold on this championship, until i master a bit more gp3 2k...i know its not difficult, but i've been having no time at all for it.

My idea is to have real drivers on both teams slots....i would like to give a certain degree of reality...our names must be only on Team Principal slots.

Anyway, im glad someone is still interested in this idea.

I'll not disappoint you guys....as far as im concerned, it will be very cool and different.

Ah, explaining a bit more what i want for drivers....

1 - They will be chosen following a Draft system (a bit like MBA). First everyone will choose a manufacturer. Than the Team Principal who choose the less powerful team, will bethe one choosing first, then the second...and so one....

Draft 1st round------------- Draft 2nd round - Draft 3rd round - Draft 4th round
Car ------------------------ First Driver - --Second Driver --- Test/3rd Driver

Most powerful--------------- 11th to choose - 1st to choose - 11th to choose
second most powerful-------- ...------------- 2nd to choose - 10th to choose
...------------------------- ...------------- ... ----------- ...
...------------------------- ...------------- ...------------ ...
...------------------------- 3rd to choose--- ...------------ ...
second less powerful-------- 2nd to choose--- ...------------ 2nd to choose
Less powerful--------------- 1st to choose--- 11th to choose- 1st to choose

At first glance you might think this is complicated and will take time for everyone to choose...but i assure you there are quick ways of doing this draft

Power level (Engine BHP) of each manufacturer will be set based on their current and past worldwide motorsport activity and achievements.


2 - Each driver, depending on their "palmares" will have a certain performance, based on a table im creating (a bit like Flost did for his champ)


3 - Dont forget final performance will add to this driver performance (from point 2), many other performances, associated both to driver and car....but let's not jump the gun

I think you must have some performances races to determine TEAM POWER.
About drivers, I suggest:

Level 1: F-1, F-Indy (17000)
Level 2: WTCC, Rally, DTM, Le Mans, Nascar... (all tourism) (16980)
Level 3: MotoGP, SBK, Superleague, A1GP (16960)
Level 4: F-2, GP2, Indy Lights, F-3, F-3000, F-Renault, F-BMW... (16940)
Level 5: National championships (16920)

First driver: Level 1 to 3
Second driver: Level 4 and 5.

Drivers: Fernando Alonso (ESP) / Jennifer Costa (BRA)
