Vancouver update for CART

Yep, it's me again. Gotta get a life, I tell you. Anyway, this will be the last update for a while, as I'm on holiday next week and computer-free. Might squeeze out Mid-Ohio before Rockingham, but I'm going to see the boys in action on September 14, so there won't be much virtual racing that weekend either.
