Hi Jyce,

thanks for your fantastic carset.

I'm playing with it just now, and thanks to it I'll continue to enjoy GP3 for the current season.

Best Regards,
Sergio.

REALLY ?

You have to use GP3edit from Stephen Young.
Go to cars, bitmap options...push on LOAD and click on the car that you want in the game.
Effectief car changes in new one...save car set and export into the game.

PS: BEWARE!! some cars are made in PNG you have to set them in BMP otherwise it want work.

ENJOY ;)

Learn to read [tmp.grandprixgames.org]

The cars are just bitmap images, just save the picture.

so the Sam's tip is more actual because Brett posted that cars must be in BMP format not in png as they are posted in the forum

when you save the file usually you can chose if keep the png format or switch to bmp. otherwise open the files with any graphical editing tool and save them back to bmp ;-)

Hi again,

first make a new folder in your directory
put all the downloaded cars in this folder
open PAINT file
put every car one by one in the paint file and save as BMP

if all cars are saved as BMP than you can do what I said earlier in this thread.

You have to use GP3edit from Stephen Young.
Go to cars, bitmap options...push on LOAD and click on the car that you want in the game.
Effectief car, changes in new one...save car set and export into the game.

AND THIS MUST WORK!!!

Beware...ALWAYS USE A BMP FILE other wise it WILL NOT WORK !!!

Have fun ;)

Hi again,

What did you install first?

You have to install the Decrypted GP3.exe file first and then the GP3 1.13 Patch, otherwise it won't work!
If you did install this way then it is better to delete everything and try again, it's better to take your time for it and install it properly then nothing at all, GOOD LUCK!

First one is link for Decrypted GP3.exe file
Second one is link for GP3Edit v1.13 file
Third one is link for Carshape Editor

GOOD LUCK AGAIN!!! ;)

Please try the search button for once and put as question:GP3edit problems...you will get a lot of threads with a lot of answers!
