I have recorded internal sounds from a movie of schumacher's ferrai 2002
in wave format.

But when i replace it with the default one it gets crumbled (I mean mixes).

Can you tell me ,what is the best way to make that.
I saved it in this format

What to do?

I take it you are using the Damian Legros sound editor to insert the file to the gp3sound.dat file. Extract the file you wish to replace and view its properties in goldwave or wavestudio or similar, I haven't done any sound editing in quite a while but I think it's 16 bit unsigned pci wave stereo format, the 22050mhz rate sounds about right, you can also save your edited wave file in the required format with win98 soundrec.exe. Load into the dat with the editor and save/recompile the dat file. Good luck with it ;-)
