Actually i would say there are more tracks for GP3-2000.. i havent found a track that works on GP3 and not GP3 2000, but i have found tracks (most of bellini's for example) that work on GP3 2000 but not GP3.
And to answer the question, i think GP3 2000 is better, longer replays and collision with debris are small things but they are important. And editing GP3-2000 is fairly easy if your not lazy. And if you are, most of the GP3 editors can be used to a degree.
