Can anyone help me, i have put grand prix 3-2000 on my pc today, and i have cyan squares around the steering wheel and trackside objects! I have an Intel 82810 graphics card with the latest drivers.
I really wanna play it as grandprix 4 is too slow on my PC.

Look at the readme under advanced graphic options.Gp3 has a thing about the same problem you have described, not sure about gp3 2000.

I have the same problem (and the same gfx card). You'll simply have to play the game in SW mode.

There is a fix for that on this site somewhere, you will have to look around for it, try having a look at the forum archive. You are of course much better off getting a geforce or similar, very cheap these days. Then gp4 will likely play on your system ;-)
