small updates uploaded

I just uploaded to my homepage [drafi5.bplaced.net] two small updates
- for GP 3 Monaco helmets for Kimi and Fisico, Force India artwork
with Fisico 200 GP driver suit.
- for 2k track update 06-09 with Monaco helmets sw + hw jams, performance
files for race 1-4 (marianodicarlo)and race 5-8 (josekast).

ATM I have lost a bit motivation working for GP3 (2k), but I hope
it will be better soon.

One question about your carset for 2k, i don't get the tyres work... the textures are missing!
Do you know like modify this?

The tyres are in the update 08 track 02 included, but you can use your
own ones if you point the path to the tyres in GPxPatch.

Hi Helmut, now i use the original tyres of the game, becouse yours, not appears textures, i think it strange and i'm not find solution...
