Mexican Grand Prix - Free Practice

Sorry, that I did not post pictures, but I had problems with the picture-upload service. Well you can find the results of the free practice session on the official site > [rotty.bplaced.net]
Respectable, nothing more, nothing less.

Awesome! 1st time I've ever topped the timesheets this season...let's hope it continues into the race ^_^

1 point from 1 race...lets make it a few more this race. Shame about Paulo's not so brilliant position, but being only half a second behind shows how close this field really is.

Tbh, we're not going to find one team that will run away with proceedings (unlike w300, where Team Orange have dominated for several seasons).

MEXICAN GRAND PRIX - THE QUALIFYING

Welcome to the Qualifying of the Mexican Grand Prix!

Rodrigo Vilela (One Racing) is the first one on the track

Let's go gentlemans!!!

First leader after some minutes is off course Vilela

Dean Kittleson can beat Vilela's time easily.

Ryan Gault isn't able to beat Kittleson: Place 2 for the Falcon Racing driver.

Both Racing Cats driver are silent actors still. Maybe they can broke the silence tomorrow...

Andrew Jewitt is only 0.1 seconds slower than Kittleson!

*cough* Antonis Baltzo crack the fastest time with a gap of 0.1 seconds.

His team-mate, Javier Angel, opens the second round.

But he is a lot slower than his greek team-mate.

Oh la la la. Ben Parker's ass is in fire! Where are the firefighters? ;)

Nick Vooght can only drive the 6th fastest time.

Daniel Paiva is able to show, that he is still a good driver. 7th place for him!

But not for a long time. Seconds later, Ken Vingerhoets beat him.

Stefaan Seys must be have problems. Only the 3rd latest place for him.

Current leader Antonis Baltzo open the second run for group 1.

Damn! The whole lap, Viljami Kutvonen block him. Baltzo can give up this run.

Baltzo can be happy, that Gault isn't able to beat his time.

Gault's team-mate Frank Vandeneynde can only drive times, which are only good enough for the last places.

Marcus Bongardt is able to jump some places up!

Kittleson is far away from the top 3.

Alex Moser can jump up some places too.

Now it is time for the second run of group 2.

Roberto Scandura has luck. In front of him is nobody who can block him on his lap.

But it helps nothing. Far away from the best ones.

James Buster can make some places good.

Parker is now in the t-car. Hopefully he can drive a time now, because at the moment, he is on the last place.

Vooght is the new leader! What a great lap of the F1N Racing driver.

His team-mate Daniel Finney is only good enough for the 16th place.

Parker is able to drive a good mid-field place. But what the heck?

The second lexus engine gives up! Man! Parker can be happy, that this disaster was happen after his run...

Paiva close the qualifying session. His time isn't good, but he had already set in the first run a good time.

Here are the qualifying results:
